An exciting feature of Manydown will be the 250-acres of countryside park created for local communities to enjoy. Residents will live on the beautiful park border, a space to make the most of the great outdoors, observe wildlife, and learn from the biodiversity on our doorstep, exploring it and beyond.
Manydown will be a place where habitat restoration, wildflower meadows and ancient woodland create a truly unique setting for learning, growing and living.
We’ll be seeking plenty of engagement with local residents on how we shape the park so it’s an asset for both the new and neighbouring communities.
