Being a Good Neighbour
We know how important good neighbours are in making a place more than just somewhere you live, but a community that you care about. That is why being a good neighbour is one of the key principles for Manydown, so we were excited to sponsor the Good Neighbour award in the 2022 Place To Be Proud Of awards.
This award is for someone who has made a difference in their neighbourhood, a person who has gone above and beyond to help others and make life easier for those around them. Charlotte Nightingale was the winner this year, announced at a special ceremony on Thursday 30 June.
Charlotte is a pillar of her community and received many nominations. She received the award in recognition and celebration of her devotion to caring for others. The last few years have been especially challenging for lots of us and Charlotte has been there to lend her support wherever it was needed.
Charlotte’s dedication meets the definition of a truly good neighbour in every way and we are very proud to be able to recognise all of the work that she does.
We received lots of nominations for this wonderful award and would like to offer a huge congratulations to all the nominees and look forward to supporting this category in the years to come.
